As a non-profit organization of lawyers representing consumers, we are dedicated to upholding and defending the Constitution of the United States and the State of Florida. We seek to advance the science of jurisprudence, excellence in advocacy and the administration of justice for the public good.
Our goal is to equip our members with cutting-edge tools to advance the cause of those who are damaged in person or property and who must seek redress in a court of law. To this end, TBTLA will preserve the adversary trial system as it now exists; monitor the development of legislation and new laws that diminish the rights or court access of Florida citizens; and vigilantly pursue wrongdoers regardless of their corporate, government, association or individual status.
We encourage cooperation and camaraderie among our members, uphold the honor and dignity of the legal profession and pursue the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
