Dale Swope and Brent Steinberg - TBTLA Members, will discuss the laws passed in 2020 and bills filed thus far in 2021 that are most likely to impact auto practitioners and their clients. They will also provide practical advice regarding how to handle cases involving Transportation Network Companies (“TNCs”) and Peer-to-Peer car sharing. And, time permitting, there will be a Q&A session at the end.
