Course Description:        This is a one-hour class on Slip, Trip, and Fall incidents in personal injury.  This class is given from the perspective of an engineer and accident reconstructionist with more than 18 years’

experience in the field. The class will cover what is a slip, trip, and fall incident and identification of the factors that cause them; applicable statutes, codes, standards, and guidelines including OSHA, ANSI, and

ASTM, for slip, trip, and fall incidents; and tribometry, the measurement of slip resistance, including a demonstration of the English XL Variable Incident Tribometer.  The objective of the class is to give both new

and experienced attorneys information that they can immediately utilize in their practice.
